You may think that the best thing you can give your young athlete is being the team mom, paying for the club team, or even being at every single game.

But my podcast guest in this episode, Scott Rosberg from Coach with Character, actually has a different idea.

Scott Rosberg White Shirt 1Scott Rosberg has been a coach (basketball, soccer, & football) at the high school level for 30 years, an English teacher for 18 years, and an athletic director for 12 years. An author of 7 books, he also speaks to schools, teams, and businesses on team-building, leadership, and coaching. In addition to his own site at Coach With Character, Scott is a member of the Proactive Coaching speaking team.
